About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing a warm welcome and product advice tailored to their needs
- Increase the sales of your department
- Offer complementary solutions and a range of services
- Assist customers with their home improvement projects
- Maintain a high-quality self-service area: stocking shelves, cleanliness of the aisle, facing, etc.
- Help showcase the product range: displays, shop windows, merchandising
- Activate the sales floor (promotional operations, special offers, etc.)
