About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You oversee and coordinate home deliveries originating from Castorama stores
- You manage all B2C deliveries (small parcels, large and bulky items)
- You are responsible for carrier service quality
- You ensure communication with stores (best practices, changes of service providers…)
- You identify, analyze and monitor operational issues through action plans
- You ensure timely handling of customer disputes
- You contribute to improving service quality in coordination with Customer Service
- You ensure correct assignment rules of products to carriers
- You verify invoices, control costs and manage reimbursement of disputes
- You participate in project implementation
- You report quarterly on our CO2 reduction performance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently studying for a Bac+4/Bac+5 (equivalent to Bachelor's/Master's) degree in Supply Chain / Logistics
- Knowledge of transport regulations
- Full proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills, ability to plan and react quickly
- Proactive and able to propose improvements, with strong synthesis skills
- Customer-oriented with an interest in digital and retail
