About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing a warm, professional welcome
- Offer complementary products and additional services
- Assist customers with their home improvement projects
- Maintain high-quality self-service areas: stocking shelves, keeping displays and aisles clean, product facing
- Help enhance product presentation: promotional displays, window displays
- Drive activity on the sales floor (sales campaigns, promotions...)
Requirements
What you’ll need- A passion for retail and working in a team
- A genuine interest in the store's product range
- A taste for challenge and achieving targets
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ideally, prior experience in sales or retail
