About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure customer satisfaction through a friendly welcome and expert product advice
- Increase sales in your department
- Recommend complementary solutions and a range of services
- Assist customers with their home improvement projects
- Maintain a high-quality self-service area: stocking shelves, keeping displays clean, facing, etc.
- Contribute to enhancing product presentation: displays, showcases, etc.
- Activate the sales floor with commercial operations and promotions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong interest in retail and working as part of a team
- Genuine interest in products within your sector
- Results-driven and enjoys taking on challenges
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ideally, some prior experience in sales
