About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- ensure customer satisfaction through a warm welcome and tailored product advice
- drive sales in your department
- propose complementary solutions and additional services
- guide customers in their home improvement projects
- ensure a high-quality self-service area
- contribute to merchandising and product presentation (displays, windows...)
- activate and refresh product displays through sales campaigns and promotions
Requirements
What you’ll need- strong interest in retail and working as part of a team
- interest in the products of your department
- results-oriented and enjoys challenges
- strong interpersonal skills
- prior sales experience (preferred)
