Work with Army stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive operational and strategic solutions.
Design and develop semantic models and ontologies using OWL, RDF, and SHACL to represent complex mission concepts.
Build, query, and maintain knowledge graphs (Neo4j, JanusGraph, Vantage, ADVANA) to capture relationships among entities.
Mine and analyze structured/unstructured datasets to identify trends, correlations, and mission-relevant insights.
Develop predictive models, simulations, and algorithms to support operational decision-making.
Perform ETL processes to integrate and validate data from multiple Army and enterprise sources.
Visualize and present findings to stakeholders using dashboards, reports, and knowledge graph queries.
Coordinate with cross-functional and joint teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.

Requirements

5–7 years of experience manipulating datasets, building statistical models, and applying advanced analytics.
Master’s or PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
Experience designing and implementing semantic models and knowledge graphs.
Active Secret-level security clearance.
