About the role
- Work with Army stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive operational and strategic solutions.
- Design and develop semantic models and ontologies using OWL, RDF, and SHACL to represent complex mission concepts.
- Build, query, and maintain knowledge graphs (Neo4j, JanusGraph, Vantage, ADVANA) to capture relationships among entities.
- Mine and analyze structured/unstructured datasets to identify trends, correlations, and mission-relevant insights.
- Develop predictive models, simulations, and algorithms to support operational decision-making.
- Perform ETL processes to integrate and validate data from multiple Army and enterprise sources.
- Visualize and present findings to stakeholders using dashboards, reports, and knowledge graph queries.
- Coordinate with cross-functional and joint teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience manipulating datasets, building statistical models, and applying advanced analytics.
- Master’s or PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience designing and implementing semantic models and knowledge graphs.
- Active Secret-level security clearance.
