About the role
- Conduct red team operations and offensive cyber assessments in support of mission objectives
- Emulate real-world adversaries using advanced tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs)
- Identify, exploit, and document vulnerabilities across enterprise Linux and Windows environments
- Execute penetration testing activities using industry-standard tools and frameworks
- Develop clear, actionable reports detailing findings, risk levels, and remediation guidance
- Collaborate with government stakeholders and internal teams to enhance cybersecurity posture
- Support operations in classified and mission-critical environments
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI security clearance (required)
- DoD 8570 IAT Level III certification, including one of the following: CASP+ CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP, GCED, GCIH, CCSP, Linux CE, Windows CE, OSCP, or GIAC GPEN certification
- Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of information technology experience, or High School Diploma with 7+ years of information technology experience
- Demonstrated experience implementing red team assessment methods, tools, and techniques
- Preferred: Completion of a recognized offensive security or red team training program, Python certification or strong Python scripting experience, hands-on experience with Cobalt Strike, Metasploit, and Kali Linux
