About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work in an interdisciplinary team of therapists from various specialties, as well as medical and psychotherapeutic colleagues
- Provide individualized care for patients within various follow-up/aftercare programs
- Create individualized training plans in the app
- Motivate patients to maintain therapy adherence
- Contribute creative ideas and help establish new structures and processes
- Lead group classes via video during rehabilitation, host digital live webinars or deliver prevention presentations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed vocational training or degree as a therapist (physiotherapist, occupational therapist, or sports scientist)
- At least 2 years of professional experience as a therapist working with patients in the rehabilitation sector
- Relevant experience in at least one additional specialty (e.g., neurology, cardiology, geriatrics, gynecology, pulmonology, oncology)
- Comfort with digital media and their use in healthcare
- Fluent German and basic knowledge of English
- Residence in Germany
