About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work in an interdisciplinary team of therapists from various specialties, as well as medical and psychotherapeutic colleagues
Provide individualized care for patients within various follow-up/aftercare programs
Create individualized training plans in the app
Motivate patients to maintain therapy adherence
Contribute creative ideas and help establish new structures and processes
Lead group classes via video during rehabilitation, host digital live webinars or deliver prevention presentations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed vocational training or degree as a therapist (physiotherapist, occupational therapist, or sports scientist)
At least 2 years of professional experience as a therapist working with patients in the rehabilitation sector
Relevant experience in at least one additional specialty (e.g., neurology, cardiology, geriatrics, gynecology, pulmonology, oncology)
Comfort with digital media and their use in healthcare
Fluent German and basic knowledge of English
Residence in Germany
