About the role

  • Become the voice of our users: You independently conduct interviews with patients and regularly speak with physicians and clinics
  • Shape the therapy of tomorrow: You formulate hypotheses and test them with experiments and prototypes
  • Grow into responsibility for your squad: Together with design, engineering and medical teams you facilitate the path from the first idea to release
  • Ensure transparency and trust: You communicate progress and obstacles openly
  • Work data-driven and demonstrate impact: You define success criteria, analyze metrics, and draw clear conclusions from user and product data
  • Actively shape our roadmap: With your user insights and data-driven solutions you directly influence priorities and product decisions

Requirements

  • Some prior product management experience: You have worked in agile teams and helped bring user-centered digital products to success
  • Passion for building & new technologies: You love trying things out — whether through prototyping, experiments or “vibe coding”
  • Analytical mindset: You enjoy interpreting data and using it as a compass for your decisions
  • Pragmatism & problem solving: Complex situations don't deter you
  • Hands-on mentality: You prefer to learn by doing
  • Strong communicator: You operate confidently in an international team and speak fluent German as well as very good English
