About the role
- Work as part of the interdisciplinary team of therapists at Caspar Clinic
- Provide individualized patient support via the Caspar app, chat, and telephone
- Create individualized training plans based on diagnosis and patient needs
- Motivate patients to adhere to their therapy
- Contribute creative ideas for structuring and process optimization
- Lead group classes via video and offer digital live webinars
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or degree as a therapist (physiotherapist, sports scientist)
- At least 2 years of professional experience as a therapist in the rehabilitation field
- Relevant experience in at least one additional specialty (e.g., neurology, cardiology, etc.)
- Affinity for digital technologies and media in healthcare
- Empathy, strong communication skills, and a respectful approach
- Fluent German skills and basic knowledge of English
