About the role

  • Responsible for the entire production process of our therapy videos — from the initial storyboard sketch and illustration to the final rendering
  • Integrating animations and illustrations into interview videos with experts
  • Developing ideas for visual concepts in coordination with the creative team
  • Close collaboration with the medical team
  • Professional video editing and continuous refinement of existing formats
  • Monitoring trends in motion design and implementing new tools, especially AI-powered workflows

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience as a Motion Designer
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator and Photoshop)
  • A good eye for combining live-action footage with graphics; proficient in techniques such as motion tracking and compositing
  • Independently develop illustrations that adhere to style guides
  • Interest in health topics and the ability to present complex subjects in a didactically sound and accessible way
  • Confident communication in German and English (minimum C1 level)
