About the role

  • Design and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and Custom Metadata
  • Build and maintain managed and unmanaged packages
  • Implement secure, scalable integrations using REST or SOAP APIs, platform events, and asynchronous processing
  • Design clean, extensible data models with strong referential integrity
  • Write testable, well-documented code following Salesforce best practices
  • Collaborate with Salesforce administrators on declarative versus programmatic tradeoffs
  • Participate in code reviews, release planning, and CI/CD processes
  • Diagnose and resolve production issues and performance bottlenecks
  • Support compatibility across multiple Salesforce orgs and third-party packages

Requirements

  • Three or more years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, including triggers and asynchronous patterns
  • Experience building Lightning Web Components
  • Strong working knowledge of SOQL and SOSL
  • Experience with Salesforce data modeling and security, including profiles, permission sets, and sharing
  • Experience building integrations using APIs and authentication mechanisms
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce governor limits
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Salesforce DX
