Consultant

• Seeking both experienced and junior consultants for Vancouver and Victoria offices
• Work across practice areas: Business Strategy, Operations Management, Digital Transformation, Policy & Economics, Data Analytics & AI
• Serve clients in industries including Food, Beverages & Retail; Industry Associations; Construction & Real Estate; Public Sector; Transportation & Logistics; Healthcare
• Work in small teams to identify, define, and articulate client problems and develop creative solutions
• Help clients improve performance and realize goals across engagements from several weeks to several months
• Prepare and present materials that highlight key insights; analyze and synthesize client information to inform change
• Produce high-quality work products and employ high-performance standards; provide and receive feedback
• Contribute to firm building: internal systems, business development, brand awareness, and client expansion
• Support colleagues and clients professionally and harmoniously; learn continuously and convey humility and a positive attitude
• Onsite client work and some travel within BC may be required; most clients are in BC so travel is limited
