About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and evolve Cloud infrastructure practices, principles, services, standards, community, and policies.
Actively participate in project deployments involving Cloud environments.
Automate tasks that are currently performed manually (Infrastructure as Code - IaC).
Define and support cluster architectures for microservices, ensure correct instance sizing, and manage scaling and upgrade processes.
Facilitate resource configuration.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with Cloud providers (AWS).
Experience administering and virtualizing operating systems (Linux/Unix/Windows).
Experience with automation practices and tools for day-to-day tasks as well as infrastructure and configuration management (e.g., Python/Shell/PowerShell scripts, SQL scripts, Ansible, Terraform, Chef, Puppet, Rundeck).
Experience with observability using Zabbix or Grafana.
Experience with Dynatrace/Datadog, EKS, Lambda.
Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell).
Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps culture.
Knowledge of SRE practices.
Nice to have (preferred):
Experience in the banking and/or financial services sectors.
Experience with mission-critical systems.
Experience building and operating high-volume, high-performance infrastructures.
