About the role

  • Manage Windows Server and Linux servers in cloud environments (Azure and GCP);
  • Operate and maintain Kubernetes clusters (AKS/GKE), handling deployments, networking, security and troubleshooting;
  • Create, maintain and improve automations in Rundeck using Python or Bash scripts;
  • Automate operational routines, integrations between systems and support workflows;
  • Version, document and standardize automations following SRE and DevOps best practices;
  • Create and evolve monitoring in Zabbix, Grafana and Dynatrace;
  • Develop collectors using Prometheus, Python scripts, SQL queries (SQL Server), MongoDB and KQL;
  • Manage logs and pipelines in the ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana);
  • Create and maintain Helm charts to standardize Kubernetes deployments;
  • Work with service mesh (Istio) for observability, security and advanced routing;
  • Create and maintain resources using Terraform (Infrastructure as Code);
  • Automate configuration and provisioning with Ansible;
  • Collaborate with development, business and security teams in multidisciplinary environments;
  • Produce clear and up-to-date technical documentation;
  • Participate in an on-call rotation and be available as needed according to the team schedule;
  • Respond to critical incidents within the established SLA.

Requirements

  • Experience administering Windows Server and Linux;
  • Experience with Kubernetes (AKS, GKE, EKS) and cluster operations;
  • Experience with monitoring tools: Zabbix, Grafana, Dynatrace (APM) and Prometheus;
  • Experience with Redis and Kafka (troubleshooting, performance and integrations);
  • Experience with automations using Python, Bash or PowerShell;
  • Experience with advanced troubleshooting and incident analysis;
  • Knowledge of the ELK Stack for log management and analysis;
  • Knowledge of Helm, Istio (service mesh) and CI/CD (GitHub + Spinnaker);
  • Experience with Terraform and Ansible;
  • Knowledge of SQL Server and MongoDB databases.
