About the role

  • Manage and evolve Cloud infrastructure practices, principles, services, standards, community and policies;
  • Actively participate in project deployments involving Cloud environments;
  • Automate tasks that are currently performed manually (IaC - Infrastructure as Code);
  • Define and support cluster structures for microservices, proper instance sizing, and processes for scalability and upgrades;
  • Act as a facilitator for resource configurations.

Requirements

  • Experience with Cloud providers (AWS);
  • Experience administering and virtualizing operating systems (Linux/Unix/Windows);
  • Knowledge of practices and tools focused on task automation as well as infrastructure and configuration management (e.g., Python/Shell/PowerShell scripts, SQL scripts, Ansible, Terraform, Chef, Puppet, Rundeck);
  • Experience with observability using Zabbix or Grafana;
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell);
  • Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps culture;
  • Knowledge of SRE practices.
  • Nice to have (differentials):
  • Experience with Dynatrace, AKS, Kubernetes, Prometheus, ELK, PagerDuty;
  • Experience in the Retail segment;
  • Experience with mission-critical systems;
  • Experience with high-volume, high-performance infrastructures.
