About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive product positioning, messaging, and value propositions across our portfolio
  • Translate complex software and hardware capabilities into clear, compelling stories that drive adoption
  • Plan and drive go-to-market strategies for new products and features
  • Lead the development of product marketing assets and campaigns, working closely with internal teams and external agencies
  • Support global product launches with aligned messaging and execution across regions
  • Work closely with commercial teams and regional marketing to ensure consistency and impact across markets
  • Enable Sales and partners with materials, training, and clear product narratives
  • Build and maintain a strong understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competition
  • Ensure consistency of product messaging across all channels and regions
  • Continuously improve messaging, content, and campaigns based on insights and performance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in product marketing, ideally in IoT, smart building technologies, or B2B tech environments combining hardware and software
  • Strong understanding of how product marketing drives growth, adoption, and business impact
  • Ability to craft messaging that resonates with different audiences – from technical users to business decision-makers
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with a clear understanding of how different channels, formats, and audiences shape effective messaging – including how B2C best practices can be applied in B2B contexts
  • Experience working with multiple content formats and channels, and collaborating with agencies or creative partners
  • Understanding of global brands and how to maintain consistency across markets
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a global organization
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
  • Hands-on but strategic – comfortable driving direction while ensuring execution happens
  • Comfortable using modern tools to improve the speed, quality, and scalability of marketing work
