About the role
- Define and specify technical requirements for rotating equipment and machinery (pumps, compressors, turbines, dosing systems, conveyors, cranes, etc.)
- Conduct technical communication and negotiations with suppliers
- Assess and evaluate supplier proposals from a technical perspective
- Review and approve supplier technical documentation
- Provide technical support during installation and commissioning
- Contribute to the preparation of customer proposals and bids
- Participate in project team meetings as well as meetings with suppliers and business partners
- Coordinate with other disciplines (civil, electrical, procurement, etc.)
- Collaborate closely with Casale SA in Switzerland
- Potential to independently lead the mechanical scope of projects
Requirements
- University degree in mechanical engineering (preferably with focus on rotating equipment, power engineering, or process engineering)
- Proficiency in English (technical communication)
- Ability to read and work with technical documentation and relevant standards
- Strong communication skills for dealing with suppliers and customers
- Experience in the field of rotating machinery is an advantage (not mandatory)
- Independence, responsibility, and attention to detail
