About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure rigorous management of client mandates: budget tracking, adherence to schedules, and coordination of deliverables
  • Provide outstanding client service at every stage of the engagement by anticipating needs and maintaining proactive communication
  • Plan and coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth, consistent project execution
  • Produce monitoring reports and post-engagement summaries to measure results and guide next steps
  • Develop and maintain strategic client relationships
  • Design, implement, and manage corporate communication projects
  • Contribute to integrated campaigns (government relations, social acceptability, media relations, corporate communications)
  • Prepare and present service proposals
  • Advise clients in the development of strategic plans
  • Produce strategic content and documents
  • Maintain proactive media and news monitoring and identify opportunities to pursue

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Three to five years of experience in communications and/or at a public relations firm
  • University degree in communications, public relations, or a related field
  • Experience managing large-scale corporate communications projects
  • Excellent writing skills (press releases, speeches, plans, briefs, and more)
  • Excellent spoken and written bilingualism in French and English
