About the role

  • Design and implement BI, reporting, and analytics solutions using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
  • Develop data models and KPIs, as well as stories, dashboards and applications (including Analytics Designer) in SAP Analytics Cloud for various banking reporting requirements (e.g., accounting, ESG, or risk management)
  • Analyze requirements together with business units and advise our clients on mapping their reporting objectives in SAC
  • Coordinate with backend developers to ensure optimal data modeling and data provisioning
  • Optimize the performance of SAC applications and support troubleshooting
  • Design and implement role and authorization concepts in SAC
  • Support the rollout, administration and integration of SAC as well as relevant testing (e.g., integration, authorization, or user acceptance tests)
  • Deliver presentations and training sessions and support future users

Requirements

  • Several years (at least 5 years) of experience in SAP Analytics Cloud projects with relevant training or qualification, ideally in the banking or financial sector
  • Strong knowledge in developing reporting dashboards with SAP Analytics Cloud, as well as in data modeling and KPI definition
  • Experience in performance optimization of reporting and data models and in efficient provisioning of data for analytics applications
  • Ideally experience with SAP Datasphere, Business Data Cloud, or SAP HANA Cloud as data sources for SAC
  • Experience with the SAC Analytics Designer and JavaScript is an advantage
  • Business-fluent German and English
  • Willingness to travel across Germany
