Key responsibilities & impact

Drive long-term improvements in plant efficiency and reliability by analyzing operational data and identifying trends that impact performance
Anticipate and prevent process upsets or equipment failures through proactive monitoring and predictive analysis
Lead and support root cause analysis efforts to eliminate production losses and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
Serve as a technical advisor across operations, guiding process changes, equipment upgrades, and operating parameters
Plan, evaluate, and support capital projects that enhance process performance, safety, and cost efficiency

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or equivalent technical background
7-10 years of experience in a chemical plant or manufacturing environment
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret process data and identify improvement opportunities
Effective communication and collaboration skills across technical and operations teams
