About the role
- You professionally and competently respond to incoming customer inquiries by phone and e-mail
- You accompany customers from their first contact through to a successful purchase, guiding them through the entire sales process
- You handle inbound inquiries from interested customers without performing cold calls
- You prepare tailored proposals and address customers' individual needs
- You actively contribute to the development of our sales strategy and work closely with the team to implement and optimize operational processes
Requirements
- You are an experienced sales professional, ideally with a background in telesales / call center
- You have excellent communication skills and strong negotiation abilities
- You are motivated to continuously improve and want to grow together with the company
- You have a solution-oriented working style and are willing to go the extra mile to overcome challenges
- You speak German at a native level and have good English skills
