About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and maintain Salesforce NPSP, Marketing Cloud and related supporter systems to ensure they are reliable, secure and fit for purpose
- Deliver system enhancements through configuration, automation and integrations that improve efficiency and capability
- Support campaign delivery through data management, segmentation, technical configuration and campaign execution
- Maintain system governance, documentation and data integrity to ensure reliable, compliant platforms
- Train and support users while driving continuous improvements to system usability and effectiveness
Requirements
What you’ll need- Extensive Salesforce or comparable CRM administration experience
- Experience with automation, integrations and system enhancements across a broader technology stack
- Marketing Cloud or marketing automation platform experience
- Strong data governance and system administration capability
- Excellent communication, collaboration and user support skills
- Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience
