Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and maintain Salesforce NPSP, Marketing Cloud and related supporter systems to ensure they are reliable, secure and fit for purpose
  • Deliver system enhancements through configuration, automation and integrations that improve efficiency and capability
  • Support campaign delivery through data management, segmentation, technical configuration and campaign execution
  • Maintain system governance, documentation and data integrity to ensure reliable, compliant platforms
  • Train and support users while driving continuous improvements to system usability and effectiveness

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Extensive Salesforce or comparable CRM administration experience
  • Experience with automation, integrations and system enhancements across a broader technology stack
  • Marketing Cloud or marketing automation platform experience
  • Strong data governance and system administration capability
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and user support skills
  • Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience
