About the role
- Independent leadership and operational management of the area-assigned locations in Reutlingen, Kirchheim, Tübingen, and Balingen
- Responsibility for financial success and for managing operational performance
- Compliance with all Carglass® standards in technical and administrative areas
- Efficient work planning and proper invoicing
- Customer-focused personnel planning
- Support by being present in the Service Centers for damage assessment
- Point of contact for handling customer complaints
- Assistance with replacement and installation of vehicle glass in special situations
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in a technical or commercial field
- Ideally a master craftsman (Meister) qualification in the automotive or glass sector
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position with leadership responsibility
- Practical operational knowledge with a hands-on mentality
- Strong entrepreneurial and results-oriented thinking and acting
- High understanding of standards and their implementation/compliance
- Strong employee focus and willingness to actively support people in their personal development
- Willingness to actively shape and drive change
- High customer, service and client orientation
- Independent, structured and organized way of working
- Confident MS Office and PC skills
- Driving license class B
