About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide front line management and support to departmental leadership in care model development
  • Supervise staff and maintain adherence to departmental expectations
  • Oversee recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing support of the departmental team
  • Conduct meetings to train, lead, and support staff in effective administration of CM program
  • Prepare and utilize reports for monitoring and auditing systems and quality of services
  • Assist in representing the unit at Departmental and Planning meetings as requested
  • Ensure staffing policies and procedures are standardized and current
  • Collaborate with internal resources to monitor service levels
  • Participate in development of budget and ongoing monitoring of status
  • Implement interventions to maintain quality and efficiency of services

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license, Social Work license, or Counselor license required
  • Completion of an accredited registered nursing (RN) degree program, Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, or Master's degree required
  • A minimum of three (3) years of healthcare experience required
  • A minimum of two (2) years of managed care and/or case management experience preferred
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Must have valid driver’s license, vehicle, and verifiable insurance
