Senior Director, Member Retention – Managed Care, Operational Experience Preferred

Key responsibilities & impact- Drive member retention performance
- Define and implement a coordinated, cross-functional plan throughout the organization
- Develop and oversee member retention strategies and related work plans
- Monitor retention metrics and analyze trends
- Represent the work and outcomes to leadership and external stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree required
- Master's degree preferred
- Five (5) years of health plan or policy experience required
- Ten (10) years of health plan or policy experience preferred
- Knowledge of Medicare Advantage rules and regulations
- Knowledge of MassHealth or other Medicaid program regulations
- Knowledge of MassHealth contracts and contract interpretation
- General knowledge of disability laws
