Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field required
Five (5) years of experience dealing with a variety of complex employee relations issues at multiple levels within an organization required
Experience using AI-enabled tools to support employee communications, documentation, workflow efficiency, and process improvement in HR or employee relations environments preferred
