Senior Manager, DSNP Product Operations
CareSourceSenior Manager leading DSNP product operations, ensuring compliance and operational readiness at CareSource. Collaborating cross-functionally to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provides end-to-end operational leadership for DSNP products
- Ensures regulatory compliance, scalability, and readiness across markets
- Owns operational execution for DSNP benefit configuration, eligibility, enrollment
- Partners closely with Product, IT, Compliance, Clinical teams to translate DSNP strategy
- Oversees operational impacts of CMS guidance, state requirements, and dual integration models
- Drives continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Establishes and monitors KPIs, SLAs, and operational risk indicators related to DSNP performance
- Manages team supporting operational oversight of vendor delegated for supplemental Food/OTC/Flex cards
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in project management, Business, Computer Science or related field required
- Equivalent years of relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of required education
- Seven (7) years DSNP Product Experience required
- Five (5) years Working with CMS and State Requirements required
- Five (5) years Leading DSNP Operational Initiatives required
- Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- Experience working in project management software is required.
- Deep understanding of project management processes, techniques and tools, and development lifecycle (ideally Agile)
- Strong experience in the healthcare payer industry and knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare
