Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with senior business executives to identify, shape, and refine AI use cases aligned to strategic objectives
Translate business problems into execution ready AI initiatives
Drive speed to value by standardizing reusable AI patterns, playbooks, and deployment accelerators
Lead the AI enablement function across verticals
Establish repeatable "AI pod" execution models that integrate various resources
Ensure consistent adoption of ATO tools, platforms, and ways of working across the enterprise
Serve as a trusted AI execution partner to functional leaders
Drive AI literacy and adoption in collaboration with HR and functional leadership
Act as a visible leader and advocate for AI first ways of working

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree required
Master's degree preferred
Equivalent years of relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of required education
Ten (10) years of related Operations or Information Technology experience required
Seven (7) years of management experience required
Hands-on experience with AI/ML adoption, AI product management, or implementation of enterprise AI solutions preferred
Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs or transformation initiatives preferred
Experience driving technology adoption and organizational change at scale preferred
Deep understanding of the evolving AI landscape
