About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for intelligent/ robotic process automation and AI/ ML applications
Gather and define requirements for AI/ML and automation projects
Analyze and preprocess data for AI/ML model development; establish data pipelines
Implement opportunities for process automation using RPA and IPA; create and maintain workflows
Monitor performance of AI/ML models and solutions; iterate on improvements
Ensure integration of AI/ML and automation solutions into existing systems
Provide training and support to end-users interacting with AI/ML models or automated systems
Assist in documenting software requirements and specifications
Lead development projects and coordinate activities with developer teams
Perform technical code reviews

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor of Science degree in computer science or software engineering or equivalent years of relevant work experience required
Minimum of five (5) years of UiPath Robotic Process Automation experience is required
Minimum of two (2) years of AI/ ML using Python is required
Experience in end-to-end development of business processes using UiPath Robotic Process Automation is required
UiPath and/or Power Automate experience is required
Agentic AI/ Generative AI experience is required
Experience developing and designing n-tier applications with multi-tier architectures is preferred
UML Modeling experience is preferred
UiPath Certification and/or Power Automate certification is strongly preferred
Certification on Data Science and AI/ML is strongly preferred
