About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee activities of the Regulatory Affairs Department
- Lead projects involving government audits and surveys
- Oversee provider contracting including letters of agreement
- Manage communications with OTDA and submit reports
- Lead activities of the Special Investigation Unit (SIU)
- Review and update compliance materials including manuals and policies
- Provide guidance and direction to Department staff
Requirements
What you’ll need- Juris Doctor (J.D) degree from an accredited college/university required
- Five (5) years experience with Medicare and NY Medicaid managed care contracting and compliance required
- Previous leadership experience preferred
