💰 $62,700 - $100,400 per year
About the role
- Serve as a liaison for Value Added Services/Benefits, member incentives and rewards programs
- Supports member and community advisory committee meetings, including in rural communities if applicable
- Supports the implementation and data analysis of member engagement and retention strategies
- Facilitate and manage workgroups to collect and document retention initiatives
- Evaluate and trend complaint data and recommend and implement solutions to strengthen the program and mitigate member disenrollment
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science/Arts in a Business-related field or equivalent years of relevant work experience
- A minimum of three (3) years of Medicaid health insurance, healthcare and/or managed care experience
- Experience with and empathy for the low-income demographic
- Experience working cross-functionally and demonstrated ability to execute initiatives primarily through influencing other stakeholders
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
- Strong data analysis and trending skills
