💰 $72,200 - $115,500 per year

About the role

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to elicit business concerns and define system requirements
  • Examine existing IT systems, translating requirements into actionable user stories
  • Ensure that documentation is maintained throughout the development lifecycle
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned applications
  • Perform root cause analysis and triage defects and incidents

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2 years of experience in requirements management
  • 2 years of experience in Facets, CCA, SAP, CRMs, or similar enterprise systems
  • Familiarity with the healthcare environment (Medicaid/Medicare) preferred
  • Experience designing interfaces and/or mocking up user interfaces for multiple UI disciplines (Web, Mobile, Client Server) preferred
