💰 $72,200 - $115,500 per year

About the role

  • Partner with HR Business Partners, business leaders and stakeholders to assess learning needs
  • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to create and implement customized learning and development plans
  • Translate business objectives into learning strategies, curricula and roadmaps
  • Design and deliver high-impact, learner-centered development experiences including virtual instructor-led training
  • Create clear instructional materials that adhere to brand and learning objectives
  • Apply various facilitation methods to deepen understanding and behavior change
  • Manage project details and use data to refine learning outcomes
  • Define and track key metrics and effectiveness measures for all learning initiatives
  • Perform any other job related duties as requested

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Learning and Development, Education, Human Resources, or a related field required
  • Master's degree in Organizational Development, Learning and Development, or related field preferred
  • Equivalent years of relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of required education
  • Five (5) years of experience in learning and development, instructional design and/or facilitation in a corporate environment
  • Proven track record designing and delivering learning programs for varied audiences using adult learning theory
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with stakeholders at all levels, manage multiple priorities, and measure learning outcomes
  • Experience using learning evaluation methods and tools (e.g., Kirkpatrick, surveys, feedback loops)
