About the role
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of solutions within the Dynamics 365 CRM ecosystem
- Manage data integration processes using SSIS and Azure Data Factory
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives
- Lead the end-to-end configuration and customization of Dynamics 365 CRM
- Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices
- Monitor and optimize the performance of CRM applications
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all development processes
- Provide training and support to team members and end-users
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM development and customization
- Strong expertise in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and Azure Data Factory (ADF)
- Experience leading a development team is preferred
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices
