About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Set up, repair and maintain medication/treatment carts, fax machines and other equipment
Troubleshoot and record service calls over the phone
Sourcing/ordering and tracking parts required for ongoing maintenance
Follow up with parts/equipment sent to the homes
Support onboarding and off boarding of homes
Local deliveries and pickups

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong mechanical aptitude
Proven ability to foster strong partnerships
Effective organization, planning, and time management skills
Fluency in written and spoken English
Strong interpersonal skills
Must maintain a good driving record
Must be self-directed requiring minimal supervision
