Assistant Manager, Process Engineering

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in delivering business transformation initiatives by supporting the Discover–Design–Deploy lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution and measurable impact.
- Work closely with initiative leaders, cross-functional teams, and partner ecosystems to drive alignment and facilitate smooth project delivery.
- Conduct data analysis to identify process gaps, quantify improvement opportunities, and prepare KPI dashboards and executive-level reports.
- Apply Lean Six Sigma and Design Thinking principles to support process reengineering and continuous improvement efforts.
- Perform market research and contribute to Points of View (PoVs) on healthcare trends and consumer experience enhancements.
- Support quality frameworks, risk management, and operational controls while leveraging best practices and benchmarking to sustain improvements.
Requirements
What you’ll need- MBA/Masters from a tier 1 business school or bachelor’s degree in engineering/science from a tier I recognized university
- Healthcare Certifications and Six Sigma Green Belt are good to have but not mandatory
- Minimum 6 years of overall work experience.
- Exposure in US healthcare is an added advantage.
- Prior experience in consulting firms/customer-facing environment and internal strategy teams is a plus
- Experience in assessment and implementation of large transformation projects
- Current state assessment, problem-framing, data analysis and insight generation, root cause analysis, process reengineering and optimization, target state design and solution prioritization
- Financial modeling, value case development, and ROI analysis
- Expertise in MS Office, Visio, Data analysis.
