About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the Project Director and team with market research, digital campaigns, social media management, website updates, email marketing, app promotion, event support, and promotional content.
- Assist with market research to support product promotion, audience engagement, and campaign planning.
- Support digital marketing campaigns for apps, products, events, and community initiatives.
- Promote apps and digital products across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, and other relevant channels.
- Assist with creating, scheduling, and updating social media content.
- Support website maintenance, content updates, and basic digital coordination.
- Assist in creating email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional communications.
- Prepare weekly reports and basic analysis on app downloads, sales activity, campaign performance, and audience engagement.
- Research different cultures and contribute creative ideas for new products, campaigns, and educational resources.
- Assist with promotional activities, event support, and marketing materials.
- Monitor campaign performance and suggest practical improvements.
- Help develop creative ways to communicate the organisation's message to schools, customers, and community audiences.
