About the role
- Design, develop, test, document, and implement new product features for the HomePay experience
- Collaborate with product management to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Work cross-functionally with other teams to drive projects forward
- Contribute to the development process and participate in code reviews
- Assist in creating architecture and design documents, project timelines, and user stories
- Work effectively in a distributed development environment
- Continuously learn and develop technical skills while supporting team members’ growth
Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional engineering experience
- 2+ years of professional experience using Java and J2EE technologies
- 1+ years of professional experience using React
- 1+ years Golang experience preferred
- Experience with both Monolith and Microservices architecture preferred
- AWS experience
- Ability to thrive as part of a multi-site development team
