About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist with due diligence and onboarding of new partners
  • Serve as primary relationship owner for assigned programs
  • Foster long-term, mutually beneficial partner collaborations
  • Oversee day-to-day program operations
  • Monitor partner performance against contractual requirements and financial KPIs
  • Recommend program enhancements
  • Ensure operational efficiency, service excellence, and compliance across multiple programs
  • Track origination volumes and pricing to inform program performance and process improvements
  • Collaborate with internal risk and operational teams on ongoing bank oversight
  • Work with legal and compliance teams to address audit findings and issue remediation
  • Ensure audit readiness and lead program management implementation aligned with regulatory and internal risk frameworks
  • Confirm business continuity, disaster recovery capabilities, and bank contingency plans for each program
  • Track ongoing reporting requirements, assess data, identify trends or issues, schedule periodic partner meetings, and summarize insights for internal resources
  • Report to the VP, Bank Origination

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • 5+ years in banking, fintech, or financial services, with at least 3 years in third-party management or operations management
  • Experience in sponsored lending and lending products
  • Proven track record working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders
  • Understanding of lending products and loan lifecycle
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple high-value relationships in a fast-paced, regulated environment
  • Familiarity with banking regulations and third-party risk management guidelines
  • Demonstrated expertise in enterprise risk management framework
  • Experience developing executive-level materials such as dashboards, PowerPoint presentations, and written summaries
  • Ability to aggregate and synthesize complex information into clear and concise insights
  • Responsible for complying with applicable laws, banking regulations, and internal control policies and procedures
  • Heightened security awareness and strict confidentiality when handling sensitive loan documentation and customer data
