About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead complex technology initiatives from intake and initiation through implementation and closure
Establish clear scope, outcomes, milestones, delivery approach, and success measures
Create and maintain integrated delivery plans covering workstreams, resources, budgets, dependencies, testing, business readiness, and production implementation
Own project governance artifacts, including schedules, RAID logs, decision records, change controls, financial tracking, status reports, and closure documentation
Drive accountability, identify risks, remove impediments, and escalate with context, impact, options, and recommendations
Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and apply Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery practices
Maintain JIRA and Confluence records, dashboards, roadmaps, workflows, delivery metrics, and portfolio reporting
Translate technical and business information into concise communications for executives, sponsors, control partners, and delivery teams
Coordinate with Product, Architecture, Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Quality, Finance, and external partners
Monitor delivery performance and value realization using outcomes, milestones, KPIs, quality indicators, and corrective action plans

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field
15+ years of Technical Project Management experience
Agile/Scrum delivery experience
Experience managing software development, system integration, cloud, and enterprise technology initiatives
Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies
Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and project reporting tools
Experience managing cross-functional teams and technical stakeholders
Understanding of software development, system integration, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, testing, DevOps, and deployment practices
Working knowledge of governance, audit, regulatory, security, and internal control expectations in an enterprise or regulated environment
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
Ability to lead through influence in a matrixed environment and coordinate multiple teams
Ability to convert ambiguous objectives into structured plans, ownership, milestones, and delivery
Ability to coach teams on Scrum practices, improve flow and predictability, and remove impediments
