About the role
- Responsible for managing and growing CardioScan’s retail customer base
- Onboarding new customers and supporting existing accounts
- Identifying growth opportunities
- Ensuring customers feel confident and supported at every stage of their journey
- Building strong customer relationships through regular check-ins and education
- Providing onsite and remote support to customers
- Maintaining accurate CRM records, contracts, and customer documentation
- Working closely with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver seamless service
- Gathering customer feedback to support continuous improvement
Requirements
- Sales experience is important
- Strong communication skills with confidence engaging customers in person and remotely
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple customer interactions
- Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Willingness to travel domestically and attend conferences as required
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong follow-through
