About the role

  • Responsible for managing and growing CardioScan’s retail customer base
  • Onboarding new customers and supporting existing accounts
  • Identifying growth opportunities
  • Ensuring customers feel confident and supported at every stage of their journey
  • Building strong customer relationships through regular check-ins and education
  • Providing onsite and remote support to customers
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records, contracts, and customer documentation
  • Working closely with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver seamless service
  • Gathering customer feedback to support continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Sales experience is important
  • Strong communication skills with confidence engaging customers in person and remotely
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple customer interactions
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to travel domestically and attend conferences as required
