What you’ll need

Understanding of Sales, Marketing, and Order Management processes and best practices
Experience implementing/administrating CRM systems
Background in providing business solutions in low-code platforms (Zoho, Salesforce, PowerApps)
Strong understanding of REST API
Experience managing organizational change efforts
Skilled in Zoho Deluge scripting language for workflow automation
Knowledgeable in key Zoho applications: Projects, CRM, Desk, Campaigns, Projects (preferred)
Self-starter with robust communication skills
