About the role
- Ideal candidate would serve as a Survey Project Manager & possess a superior skill set that includes: Contract and Client Management Staff Coordination and Scheduling
- May also perform some office duties, including data reduction, field note reduction, calculations, data checks and staking computations using survey computer programs and AutoCAD
- Daily Cad production to complete Boundary, Topographic, House Location Surveys.
- In addition, drafting of Grading Plans, Easement Plats, and ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys etc.
- Performs mathematical calculations and checking of field data
- Reads and understands plans and specifications
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
- A high school education or equivalent is required including a background in math, geometry, and trigonometry
- Minimum 4 years of experience in CADD Drawing and Survey Computation
- CSIT preferred, but not required
- Previous experience working in Civil Engineering environment
- Knowledge of Carlson Civil Suites with IntelliCAD is required
- Possess good interpersonal skills, and effective written and oral communication skills
- Valid driver's license with insurable record
