About the role

  • Ideal candidate would serve as a Survey Project Manager & possess a superior skill set that includes: Contract and Client Management Staff Coordination and Scheduling
  • May also perform some office duties, including data reduction, field note reduction, calculations, data checks and staking computations using survey computer programs and AutoCAD
  • Daily Cad production to complete Boundary, Topographic, House Location Surveys.
  • In addition, drafting of Grading Plans, Easement Plats, and ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys etc.
  • Performs mathematical calculations and checking of field data
  • Reads and understands plans and specifications
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • A high school education or equivalent is required including a background in math, geometry, and trigonometry
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in CADD Drawing and Survey Computation
  • CSIT preferred, but not required
  • Previous experience working in Civil Engineering environment
  • Knowledge of Carlson Civil Suites with IntelliCAD is required
  • Possess good interpersonal skills, and effective written and oral communication skills
  • Valid driver's license with insurable record
  • Background Check and Drug Testing Required
