About the role

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and track product requirements for developing mission solutions in an HPC operating environment
Serve as the project’s Scrum Master and facilitate Scrum teams to ensure adherence to Agile principles and practices
Develop and support mission solutions within an HPC environment
Track and manage product requirements to ensure alignment with project goals
Create and maintain detailed documentation for system architecture, configurations, project status, and project schedules
Document and report project status, roadblocks, risks, and challenges to stakeholders
Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences
Support CI/CD processes and tooling (e.g., GitLab CI) and use Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence)

Requirements

Must currently hold a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable Polygraph
Must be a U.S. citizen
Seven (7) years' experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required
Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required
Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree
Experience using the Linux CLI
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience collaborating with mission customers to gather product requirements, document/report project status, roadblocks, risks, and challenges
Experience tracking and managing product requirements to ensure requirements align with project goals
Experience with creating and maintaining detailed documentation for system architecture, configurations, project status, and project schedules
Ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
Experience as a Scrum Master in facilitating Scrum teams to ensure adherence to Agile principles and practices
Experience with CI/CD concepts, principles, and best practices using tools such as GitLab CI
Experience with the Atlassian Tool Suite (JIRA, Confluence)
Desired: Experience with Git Version Control System
Desired: Familiar with containerization technologies such as Docker
Desired: Familiar with container orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes
