About the role
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and track product requirements for developing mission solutions in an HPC operating environment
- Serve as the project’s Scrum Master and facilitate Scrum teams to ensure adherence to Agile principles and practices
- Develop and support mission solutions within an HPC environment
- Track and manage product requirements to ensure alignment with project goals
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for system architecture, configurations, project status, and project schedules
- Document and report project status, roadblocks, risks, and challenges to stakeholders
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences
- Support CI/CD processes and tooling (e.g., GitLab CI) and use Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence)
Requirements
- Must currently hold a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable Polygraph
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Seven (7) years' experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required
- Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required
- Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree
- Experience using the Linux CLI
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience collaborating with mission customers to gather product requirements, document/report project status, roadblocks, risks, and challenges
- Experience tracking and managing product requirements to ensure requirements align with project goals
- Experience with creating and maintaining detailed documentation for system architecture, configurations, project status, and project schedules
- Ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience as a Scrum Master in facilitating Scrum teams to ensure adherence to Agile principles and practices
- Experience with CI/CD concepts, principles, and best practices using tools such as GitLab CI
- Experience with the Atlassian Tool Suite (JIRA, Confluence)
- Desired: Experience with Git Version Control System
- Desired: Familiar with containerization technologies such as Docker
- Desired: Familiar with container orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes
