About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead small groups of children through LEGO builds and creative challenges
- Encourage imagination, teamwork, and big ideas
- Create a positive, friendly, and energetic space where everyone feels welcome
- Teach 45-minute to one-hour after-school classes once a week for 8 weeks
- Teach classes in Beverly Hills or Culver City, West L.A.

- Deliver age-appropriate, play-based soccer curriculum
- Use positive reinforcement to build children's self-confidence and teach valuable life lessons
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience teaching or working with children in schools, camps, coaching, babysitting, tutoring, or other childcare roles
- Confidence managing classes of approximately 12 children for one hour
- Friendly, patient, and excellent at keeping activities engaging
- Curious, creative, and able to think outside the box
- Interest in LEGO, building, or creative play
- Comfortable leading small groups and maintaining a positive attitude
- Availability to teach weekly 45–60 minute after-school classes in Beverly Hills or Culver City
- Availability for one or two hours per day, 3–4 days per week
