💰 $75,000 - $95,000 per year
About the role
- Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy
- Conduct psychological testing for clients across the lifespan—from children to elders
- Participate in weekly peer consultation groups
- Provide supervision and mentoring to interns, externs, postdocs, and early career therapists
- Engage in community engagement and client workshops
Requirements
- Must hold an active independent clinical license in DC, MD, or VA (e.g., LCSW-C, LICSW, LCPC, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist)
- Passion for high-quality, compassionate mental health care
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- 3-5 years of experience
- Experience working with a range of diverse clientele
- Availability during after-school hours, evenings, or weekends
- Willingness to work a hybrid schedule (some in-person availability preferred)
