  • Join our clinical team as an EMDR Therapist and make a meaningful impact in clients’ trauma recovery.
  • Assess client needs, develop tailored treatment plans, and provide EMDR therapy to support healing and resilience.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, maintain accurate records, and uphold a strong commitment to culturally responsive, trauma-informed care while continuing to grow professionally.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Candidates must be independently licensed in Virginia or Maryland. Licensure in Washington, D.C. is preferred, with priority given to clinicians licensed across all jurisdictions
  • Passion for delivering exceptional mental health care
  • Dedication to continuous professional development
  • Desired Experience 1-3 years
  • Must be local
  • Preferred: Experience working with range of diverse clientele
  • Flexible work hours
  • Hybrid work in one or more office
