About the role
- Join a thriving, mission-driven private group practice dedicated to accessible, high-quality, and culturally responsive care across the DMV region.
- Providing individual, couples, family, and group therapy, as well as psychological testing for clients across the lifespan.
- Building a caseload that suits your availability, professional goals, and lifestyle.
- Collaborating with a dedicated administrative team for scheduling, billing, insurance, and credentialing so you can focus entirely on your clinical work.
- Participating in weekly peer consultation groups, supervision opportunities, and teaching/training roles for doctoral interns, externs, postdocs, and early career therapists.
Requirements
- Must hold an active independent clinical license, preferably in Washington D.C.
- Passion for high-quality, compassionate mental health care
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- 3-5 years of experience
- Must be local
- Experience working with range of diverse clientele
- Availability during after-school hours, evenings, or weekends
- Willingness to work a hybrid schedule (some in-person availability preferred)
