About the role
- Provide individual, couples, family, and group psychotherapy for children, adolescents, adults, and elders
- Provide psychological testing
- Deliver both in-person and remote sessions
- Participate in supervision and peer consultation; supervise externs, interns, and postdoctoral residents
- Engage in community outreach, client workshops, corporate consultation, and wellness retreats
- Collaborate with administrative staff who handle scheduling, billing, insurance contracting, and payroll
- Manage and optimize client schedules and waitlists
- Focus on continuous professional development and high-quality, culturally responsive care
Requirements
- Must hold a valid license in DC, MD, or VA
- Passion for delivering exceptional mental health care
- Dedication to continuous professional development
- Desired Experience 0-1 year
- Must be local
- Experience and availability to see children, adolescents, and/or couples (preferred)
- Flexible work hours (after school hours, evenings and weekends)
- Ability to provide in-person and remote care
